The South Central Postal branch of the CWU represents members who work in the HP and OX postal code areas. Our membership is around 2000 with membership coming from Royal Mail, ParcelForce, Quadrant Catering and Romec, and we are hoping to attract members from other organisations within the communication industry.

Some members have had difficulty in registering on the RM Collective Plan Website to update their pension nominees due to a Personal Identification Code (PIC) being required. If you need this all you have to do is email: [email protected] with your Name, National Insurance Number and Pay Number and request they send you your PIC. Once received you will be able to register on the website and update all necessary details. https://www.securermcollectiveplan.com/ Please share this as widely as possible.

PENSIONS – THE COLLECTIVE PLAN – REGISTERING OF DEPENDANTS VIA
MEMBER SELF SERVICE (MSS)
Members are reminded of the importance of registering dependants via the 'online' Member Self Service portal. http://www.securermcollectiveplan.com/
Only 12,800 scheme members have completed Dependant Nominations out of a total of 121,000 (both active and deferred members).It has been reported that since the launch of the Collective Plan in October 2024 unfortunately there have been 307
deaths in service, and it takes longer for bereaved dependants to receive their payments when the Trustee has not been told in advance who the potential dependants are.
Make sure you have registered your dependant/s today and share this message as widely as possible with other members.
