Floral cakes are my absolute favourite to make. Making the flowers is therapeutic for me 😄 And even better, these flowers can be kept as your home decor long after the cake is gone!

Under the sea cake 🐙 🐳

A light genoise sponge with white chocolate ganache and a strawberry compote. Iced silky smooth with Swiss Meringue Buttercream (that’s not too sweet!).

Although there was some last minute stress with the sea animals, overall this was such a fun cake to make!

-Biscoff Kunafah (in milk chocolate)
-Caramel and salted pretzel (in dark chocolate)
