We have been running for a year now

today was the first day we have been asked by a customer if adam is licenced to slaughter a beast 😳

Lucky adam has got a full WOTOK LICENCE AND COC to prosses beasts ,pigs,sheep and goats .

Please remember when enquiring for home slaughter with companies providing you a service is licenced to carry out the process .

YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK TO SEE THIS LICENCE BEFORE HAVING YOUR LIVESTOCK PROSSING.

please remember the animals welfare always comes first with out the right training you are putting a animals welfare at risk .

A slaughter licence looks very similar to a driving licence and has different codes on for each livestock animals which by law they can only slaughter livestock they have on their licence but can if it is a emergency due to Animal Welfare.

These here is the cuts adam butchered and I packed and labelled just off 1 lamb

2 x shoulders with breast plates removed to remove 2x neck fillets

2x 1/2 legs
4x Barnsley chops
8x loin chops

2x bags of trim
2x Shanks
2x kidneys
