Did you know that Parmigiano Reggiano is only made using 3 ingredients (milk, salt, and rennet) and it can only be called Parmigiano Reggiano if it is produced in the Northern Italian provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, Bologna and Mantova 🤩🧀✨

Often called "The King of Cheese" and originally produced by monks, Parmigiano Reggiano is one of the oldest cheeses in the world.

Made with cow’s milk, the cows are fed on grass and cereals grown in the area. Parmigiano Reggiano takes a minimum of 12 months to mature, and no preservatives are allowed. Make sure that you get Parmigiano Reggiano, ‘parmesan cheese’ can be misleading!
