Crafted by the Donge family, a renowned dairy owned by Luc and Jean-Michel Donge, this exceptional cheese carries on a tradition that began in 1930 when their father started producing Brie de Meaux PDO.

Today, the dairy works with milk from 27 local farms to create a range of outstanding cheeses, including this pasteurised Brie, which delivers all the rich, artisan character and flavour of its cousin Brie de Meaux.
