🖤🍺 A collaboration between two of the UK’s best breweries, Leith’s Newbarns Brewery and The Kernel Brewery from London. A black l***r made using a slightly odd process of boiling down the sweetest mash runnings into a rich syrup which was added back into the mix before fermentation. Rich, toasty and crisp.
🥒⚽️ Pickleball Chardonnay from our much talked about The Vice of the US. This single vineyard Chardonnay from Russian River Valley has notes of Pear Williams, baked pineapple and buttery brioche with hints of spice. Big, bold & beautiful.
🐑🍷 Bodegas BAIGORRI Crianza is a beautifully powerful and structured red from Rioja Alavesa made from 90% Tempranillo, 5% Garnacha and 5% mix of other native varieties to the area. Elegant, silky and fruit forward. Dream w**e to go with a roast lamb.
🍸🍊 697 SRL is a stunning white vermouth made using a w**e base of Trebbiano di Romagna before adding Bergamot, Elderflower, Yarrow Muscat & Black Pepper to create an interesting bittersweet symphony in your mouth. Perfect for drinking on its own or using to make cocktails - White Negroni would work a treat with this.
