Dear Waffles Etc. Customers
It is with an extremely heavy heart that Waffles Etc. Pembroke is now closed permanently.
We would like to thank all that supported this venture and significant investment in trying to bring some colour to our streets, however, a number of Covid related issues have made trading nigh on impossible.
Most specifically our landlord had not partitioned our premises with the valuations office so we could not claim any of the government assistance which was available.
This coupled with a large number of structural integrity issues with the building itself which were never remediated despite multiple empty promises.
The Waffles Etc. Story won’t end here, however, and we hope to continue elsewhere in some form and see you all again.
