Springfield Farm Meats We sell our own farm reared pork, beef and lamb. We produce our home reared pork, lamb and beef. We also sell venison, grouse, pheasant and duck when in season.

We attend local farmers markets and you can contact us any time to see what we have available at the farm.

Having a bit of fun with this trend! We have quite a few new customers so maybe time to let you know about who we are!
We run our family farm just outside Penicuik and for almost 10 years we have been selling our own meat direct to customers. It's all born here, raised here and the only journey they take is their final one. Even our butcher is local, she's only 20mins away.
We are one of the few farms doing this and we are grateful for our growing customer base.
