Established in 2016, Chestnut House is fast becoming THE place to shop on Ullswater, located in the heart of Pooley Bridge, adjacent to the newly refurbished Crown Inn, we are an independently run off licence, food, drink store. Run by a small but hard working team of 5 staff, we pride ourselves on stocking locally sourced products and we always aim to provide the highest levels of service, both i

n store and online. Open 7 days a week, carrying over 499 different gins, 70 Cumbrian real ales, a plethora of Cumbrian spirits and liqueurs, and an eclectic mix of food and there really is something for everyone.
