Always have a run on the Old Lurchy Halloween must be near😋🎉its one of my Fav 77 bottles in this batch all hand poured capped hot washed and ready for labelling, and finishing touches to the lovely Thai Indian Sir Raja Sri Racha 🌶️❤️😋🎉

Out of Stock but im on it and will be back in stock tomorrow afternoon, 1st phase today was to puree some fermented whole Chillies that have been soaking all that Summer 🌞🏝️ heat up and bubblimg away, not cooked but ground smooth in our special 9hp Sri Racha making machine the whole place rumbles when its on full speed, then put that aside cook down fresh Garlic, Chilli,little sugar and spices tomorrow the two will merge to make a super smooth and tasty Sri Racha sauce 🌶️❤️👌

Raided the freezer some nice veg and Chillies from Summer😋
one of My Favs Goan Chicken Biriyani and Goan Curry Sauce, for 4

1 mug of Basmati boiled with 1 mug of water up to fast boil then low for 10mins should still be slightly hard

1 Large Chicken Breast sliced
1 Large Onion chopped
6 Cloves Garlic minced
400g Mixed veg and Mushrooms
Olive oil
Chillies optional to taste
piece Ginger Chopped
1/2 Jar MrVs Goan Curry
in a thick bottomed pan Fry all that off gently for 5 mins add 1/2 Mug Chicken stock pinch salt
add rice mix all well together tight lid on the put on a low heat for 20 mins,stir after 10, and serve

Goan Curry sauce
1/2 Jar MrVs Goan Curry paste
1 tin coconut milk
curry leaves optional
1/4 Tube Tomato puree
pinch Sugar
whisk all that together bring to boil serve

Lovely day off brisk Walk what a time of year cant think of anywhere better to be than UK in Autumn its magical, and home to a lovely Cajun magic Spag bol, back to it tmz looking fwd to next Mondays adventure already 🌶️❤️👌

Been out on deliveries today and just fancied Chinese food nice and Spicy, so made a coating sauce of Korean C Jam, Maxis ketchup, added glug of dark soy sauce and a little Chicken stock put that Aside, added a couple of dsp water to Chicken Strips 1 breast for 4! coated in Flour, deep fried pit aaide, stir Fried Veg, splash soy sauce, Chicken and Sauce in boooom Deep fried Garlic Chilli Chicken delicious 🌶️❤️👌

Skin on Cajun Magic Chips in my ❤️❤️Grans 60s Chip pan, in glorious Beef dripping smells like Whitby in our house tonight 🤣 usually cut by hand but hard day whacked thru the Chipper, love this time of year potatoes fresh n floury make fabo crispy Chips Oct is a big Chip month fancying Steak Pud Mushy Peas Chips n gravy soon And Hotstuff Chilli sauce 😋🌶️❤️👌🎉
