Had some great feedback on the Red Onion,Need to get another Batch on last 20 jars in stock it's flown out, loses 75% of it weight during cooking to get a super rich concentrated flavour, bit of 🌶️, Balsamic vinegar, brown Sugar,and few warming Spices and delish,hand crafted to perfection I love it on a burger with King Naga Mayo buttered the buns obvs 🤣🌶️♥️👌

The Aji Lemon Drops fabulous in Argentinian Red Shrimp with Chilli, Ginger and Garlic Chow Mein noodles and some Curry yum, great fun in the Turbo Wok cooks so fast and all cooked in 20mins with no Washing Up! Just rinse and wipe the Wok.makimg the 1st batch of Habanero Chilli crisp tomorrow, then sorting labels etc had on Noodles tonight perfect 🌶️♥️👌

Abs bucketing it down outside where's the Summer gone, anyway we're nice and toasty in the Kitchen some Fabulous oven Roasted mellow Garlic on a restock Garlic pickle lovely colour, and some of the Fabulous Yellow Stuff Banana Habanero.🌶️♥️👌

Well our Habanero Ultra Chilli crisp going to make this Sun and get labels on the way could weeks and we're there, Roxanne's UCC #2 this ones a bit different and we need the Turbo Burner on it with Habaneros my Fav and Roast Garlic wait for the best bit going to be made with the amazing super healthy, test driving on one of my Fav Fakeaway Chinese dishes deep Fried Chilli chicken, I used Hot Coriander 4 parts 1 part Yellow bean paste and splash soy sauce makes the most delish Glazing Sauce oh with some Lemon Drop and Finger Chilli, got 10/10 on the chilli crisp by Roxy 🌶️❤️👌

Quick super Delish tonight, so easy fresh and yum, some Chicken marinaded in Fajita Magic fried in Olive oil with Peppers, onions (and some lovely Aji Lemon drop Chillies optional)until cooked through took about 12mins added some soy Sauce and oregano to finish, some Knarly potatoes and Garlic butter Padrons and Mushrooms fried with Cajun magic, on the side, tried the garlic Chilli crisp again and had a french boule proving in fridge from yesterday nice 🥖🥖🌶️♥️👌

Been asked a lot for Crispy Garlic Chilli Oil and tried at home, made a big bowl and we've been having on everything, request tonight for Filipeno Sunday dinner, it's a bit different from the supermarkety ones as use Habanero Chillies Roasted with Garlic, not to hot but nice and warming with a super crisp crunch and lovely Hab aroma, be on with getting a label sorted then a test Batch, then out, turnaround couple of weeks, be interesting what ppl think 🌶️❣️👌

Test Batch of Pina Colada turned out lovely nice Yellow Habanero heat with Pineapple and Coconut and tropical Spices, and I had to sit down for a bit to get my eyes to open up again with the Queen crikey she's brutal, quite textured too with sliced Red Ghost Chillies, turned out better than ever with Rapeseed oil delicious and healthy too. So perfumed smells amazing but be warned fiercely hot, going to let it mature now while labels are made be a couple of weeks🌶️❤️👌
