cooked a lovely Kimg Prawn Spaghettti Dish for 4 so easy and delish 1st up Raided the poly Tunnel nice big Juicy pepper so grilled that and peeled for Salad, whizzed up some Chillies and 8 Garlic Cloves fried gently in Olive Oil, added 1 tin Diced Anchovies,2 Sliced smal courgettes,100g Mushrooms, Chopped Parsley,Tsp King Naga,cooked all that out it and add full Tube Mutti bramd Tomato Puree and 1 Mug cooked Kimg Prawns, Mixed in the Spaghetti and served with Finely grated Cheese and Black pepper and Drizzle of Olive Oil was lovely and Spocy 🌶️❤️👌

Not cooked a Lamb Shank in 20yrs got sick of them in the restaurant, thought id treat Roxy to some good Ol British cooking with 🌶️🌶️ browned nicely with loads of Onion Simmer 1.5hrs covered in Chicken Stock, pepper, Salt, Garlic and Rosemary. Took Shanks out, Reduced strainedstock until thick amd Syrupy added some King Naga Chopped Garlic and Rosemary, Shanks in oven 20mins to crisp up a bit then sat in the Sauce 5 Mins and Served Defo going to be doing these again, if you like super galling off bone give 2.5hrs braising I like a bit of a bite 🌶️❤️👌Voodoo Jerk fries top notch too

Cant believe Still eating outside and its nearly Sept! Tonight thought we would have some Makeral its v good n cheap atm, dusted in Fajita Magic left 20mins then rolled in Seasoned Flour 4 mins either Side fried in Butter with Capers squeeze of Lemon all veg from Garden love we got pots of Stuff everywhere, the Padrons are v hot weird you can smell the capcaisin well its nearly Bank hol Weekend so think mines a Pint 🍻🌶️❤️🏝️👌

Fancied Cheesey 🌶️🌶️tonight whipped up in no time took some batch cooked Cajun magic Spag bol out freezer this morning 🌅 Can a Beans, rwided poly tunnel added that lot, just popped on Cheddar Slices for 30 secs b4 serving yum, grown these amazing Snack Cucumbers this year outside not like supermarket ones theyve been giving and giving for over a month, everythings early loads Chillies ripe now, And Padrons mini Aubergines yum from Roxys polytunnel 🌶️❤️👏🎊

Its Friday and were feeling good another week in the bag been quite a week what with things breaking always in 3s 😂Got 2 more batches to go 1st up The amazing Harrys Brown sauce, G Grandad Harry he's the Dude on the bottle lost his Toes in the Trenches WW1 ❤️Loved his Brown Sauce, Then its Hotstuff Chilli sauce Sat and packing orders, have a fab Weekend Everyone dont forget to Keep eating your 🌶️🌶️💪👏❤️
