Our family have been in the meat industry since the late 1800's and we still make our hand made cumberland sausage to the exact same recipe. We also have available traditional tray baked black pudding, home cured bacon, cured hams, lamb, Herdwick mutton, Hereford beef & orchard fed pigs.
