ked is that it is honest and I like it. I also do red and white refills from the barrel and am lucky enough to sell the odd wine I make over in Burgundy every year with my old friend and fellow oenologist Romain Chapuis. Prices start from £7 and although I charge for the wine, the knowledge comes free... please feel free to ask any questions you like about wine, wine making, food matching and more when you come to the shop.
