A little end-of-season moment 🌷

Before we turn the field over ready for wildflower season, we gathered the last of the tulips and made up some bunches to share locally.

They’ve found their way to the residents at Croft View in Penrith, hopefully adding a bit of joy to their week 💛

It’s been such a special first season, and moments like this feel like a lovely way to close it out.

That’s a wrap on tulip season 🌷

We just want to say the biggest thank you to everyone who visited, picked flowers, grabbed a coffee, shared photos, and supported Wild Acres over the past few weeks, it’s meant so much. We’d of never believed it would be so popular and I don’t think the Aga has quite recovered from the quantities of cakes baked in the past 3 weeks! 🤍

There’s still 1 golden ticket hidden in the field…
It hasn’t been found yet, so it’ll be waiting for the lucky finder during the first week of wildflower season 👀✨

And don’t forget, there’s also a golden ticket up for grabs for the best photo from tulip season 📸

Last day: TOMORROW!

Our tulips are so popular and we want to make sure you only visit when the field is at its best so after tomorrow we will be closing to get ready for the main event… wildflower season!

We’ll be open 10-3 for flower picking (£1/stem), and the meadow hatch will be ready to serve treats and drinks (the weather is calling for iced lattes!) ☀️ 🌷

This weekend is your best (and potentially last) opportunity to see & pick them. We’re open Sat & Sunday from 10-3 🌷

Come soak up the sun in our flower field! We have coffees, iced drinks, treats, picnic blankets & tables 🧡

Looking for an extra pair of hands this Friday (10-3) to wrap tulips and greet customers - no experience necessary!

Not only do you get paid but you will get free tulips and a constant supply of coffee from the Meadow Hatch and get a day in the sunshine ☀️

We’re hiring!! 🌷
We’re looking for some help this spring in our flower hut! This is a lovely role for someone who is friendly, reliable and enjoys chatting to people! 🥰
Ideally the applicant would be available Saturday and Sunday and additional week days - particularly over the Easter holidays would be available.
It may be perfect for someone who is available outside of term time.
