🍄 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Fresh from the Scottish wilds!

Something very special on the stall in Truro today. Beautiful, wild-foraged Scottish chanterelles, fresh from the forest and at their seasonal best.

Golden, delicate and wonderfully fragrant, with that unmistakable rich, earthy flavour. A real seasonal treasure and an absolute treat for autumn cooking.

These beauties are only around for a short window each year, so come and find us at CORNWALL SHOP SMALL Saturday Market today and take a little taste of the wild home with you.

Limited quantities, naturally! 🍂

Life, up close. 🍄

The extraordinary sculptural forms of Reishi — Ganoderma lucidum. Reishi has been treasured for centuries in East Asia, where it is known as Lingzhi and became celebrated as the “mushroom of immortality.”

Traditionally associated with longevity, balance and restoration, today Reishi has found a new place in the evening rituals of people looking to slow things down, switch off and make a little space at the end of the day.

The closer you look, the stranger and more beautiful it gets.

We turn our Reishi into a small-batch dual-extract tincture, made here in Cornwall. Discover it at falfungi.com.
