We’re building our kitchen team!

Casa Brío is getting closer every day and now it’s time to build the team that will bring the food side of it to life ✨

We’re looking for:

✷ Kitchen Lead
Take the lead in our kitchen and help shape the food, team and day-to-day operation from the very beginning.

✷ Sous Chef
Work alongside our Kitchen Lead, help run service and play a key role in building Casa Brío.

✷ Chef
Get stuck into everything from brunch and lunch to evening tapas as part of our hands-on kitchen team.

We’re creating a relaxed Spanish-inspired kitchen serving brunch, lunch and evening tapas and we’re looking for people who want to be part of building something special from the beginning.

Whether you’ve got years of experience behind you or you’re looking for your next opportunity in a professional kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.

WE FINALLY FOUND OUR CASA 🇪🇸

We’ve been keeping a little secret for a while now and it’s been SO hard not to tell you, but now we can finally reveal...

We’re opening Casa Brío in Penwortham! 🇪🇸

If you’ve followed us through Fairham’s, you’ll know how much we love creating places where people can come together, enjoy themselves and make a few memories along the way. And now, we’re doing it all over again.

Casa Brío is our next chapter, but it’s something completely new. Inspired by our love of Spain, its food, its culture and the way people come together around a table, Casa Brío will be a place for good coffee, great food, w**e and most importantly, good times.

Think brunch, lunch and light bites by day, before things get a little more Spanish in the evening with tapas, w**e and plates made for sharing 🥘🍷

We’ve taken on the former African Village on Priory Lane and we’re going to give it a completely new lease of life. There’s been a LOT of secrecy and planning, but now the fun really begins!

Casa Brío is completely separate from Fairham Gin and Fairham’s Bar. It’s another adventure from the two of us, Ellis & Liam, and something we’re incredibly excited to bring to Penwortham.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing the journey along the way including the renovation, the people, the food, the ideas and everything in between. So make sure you are following our brand-new page:
