Evening Everyone.
I shall be at Goldsithney market this coming Sunday. If you couldn’t make the Hayle market this morning, maybe because of Flora Day, you can get your “market fix” at Goldsithney.
The usual traders will be there selling everything from jam, my smoked cheese and Houmous, to cookies and everything in between. You can pre book from me to avoid disappointment on the number below.
Get along on Sunday, there’s parking right outside the hall.

Evening Everyone.
I’m over at The Hayle Farmers Market tomorrow at the Phillack Church Hall.
You’ll be able to get all the usual stuff apart from my cheese and Houmous etc. There will be cakes, pies, fresh meat, jams and chutneys, fresh bread, cookies, pakoras, honey and craft products from dog coats to earrings and a selection of plants, flowers and vegetables, etc. etc.
It’s a bank holiday weekend and a gift bag would be ideal to enjoy over the next few days. A block of cheese, a tub of Houmous and a couple of pots of nuts would make a lovely lunch or picnic.

Happy Easter this weekend.
I’m at The Hayle Farmers Market tomorrow in Phillack Church Hall, ( by Julian Foy’s ), 10 - 1.
Come along and pick up some food, craft items, plants or clothes for Easter.

I’m at Ludgvan Community Centre this morning taking part in the Easter Market there.
Come along and see what’s on offer, there’s cakes, cheese, soaps, crafts and all sorts here, and all my smoked bits and bobs.

Hello Everyone.
Great weather, hope you’re all able to enjoy it.
I’m getting back in the saddle and starting a new season for The Smokehouse and my first market is this Friday at Phillack Church Hall in Hayle.
You’ll be able to get all sorts there, from, cakes to chutneys, honey to plants and veg, clothes and jewellery, fresh meat and cookies.
I’ll be there with all my smoked food, ( Cheese, Houmous and Nuts), from 10 until 1.
Then on Saturday I’ll be at the Ludgvan Easter Market, see the poster for details.

Hi Everyone.
The Old Tin Miner here again reminding you that I’m taking orders for Easter Gift Bags.

Afternoon Everyone.
Easter’s coming, ( and with it Spring hopefully), and I’m selling Easter gift bags. Same sort of thing as the Christmas bags with a choice of mixed nuts or Cashews, Cheddar Cheese or Red Leicester and Houmous, all smoked with Maple wood.

Hi Everyone.
In spite of the horrendous weather I hope you’re all enjoying a happy and, more importantly, a healthy new year.
I know I haven’t posted for a while but I’m having a break from the markets for a few months. But I’m still smoking all the usual suspects.
As we’re not a million miles away from Easter it’s maybe time to start thinking about a gift bag for someone. I’m keeping the price the same, ( that’s £10.00 for a block cheese, a pot of Houmous and two pots of nuts ). There’ll be an Easter based surprise in each bag as well.
Nearer the time I’ll post details about order dates etc.
Maybe there’s someone who doesn’t live locally who you might fancy sending some cheese through the post to. Ring me to enquire about postage costs.
By the way, a couple of pots of smoked nuts and maybe some smoked Cheddar goes well with a beer or wine while you are watching the 6 Nations. Just saying. !

Good Afternoon on this freezing Monday, I think that’s right, I lost track of the days over Christmas, and a Happy New Year to you all.

As you should know I’m not attending markets for a while but I’m still smoking to order. I’ll be smoking this coming Thursday for some regular customers and if you want anything for the New Year let me know. But remember if you want cheese there’s a minimum 12 day lead in to allow for maximum absorption of the smoke into the cheese . You might be lucky and I may have some but try and order in advance for cheese if you can.
