The Southside. 🍸

Ingredients:
40ml Penzance Gin
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
Mint Leaves

Method:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini glass

* Add some soda water for a South Side fizz
