What is cod fat? ⬇️Good question⬇️

Cod Fat is a natural fat taken from the hindquarter which once bashed down & flattened then rolled onto one a beef joint completely changes the cooking experience!

When cooking the beef joint the cod fat acts as a natural basting element, the fat melts down and adds a nice rich flavour to an already stunning piece of Beef!

Come and see Worcestershire’s best footpath on the way to the pie shop!! 🤣🤣

A huge Thankyou to everyone that continued to make the journey to us, it really is appreciated. With the main road open and still plenty of glorious weather ahead of us let’s get those bbq’s fired up, those picnic baskets out and enjoyed some locally made food. 😋
