It’s been absolutely pishin doon at times, but that doesn’t stop the Scottish punters! 🍻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A brilliant day so far at Perth Racecourse with great racing, great atmosphere, and plenty of great food keeping everyone going.

A massive thank you to everyone who has stopped by for our loaded fries, loaded hash browns, and our smashed steak burgers made using quality produce from D & G Butchers.

We’ll be back in the exact same spot for Family Day on 12th July, so if you missed us today, make sure you come along and grab some of Perth’s favourite event food! 🍔🔥🍟

What a day at LunacarT in the Park! ☀️🎶🍔

Great people, great bands and great food all round. Massive thanks to everyone who came along, supported the event and kept the atmosphere buzzing from start to finish. Events like that are exactly what it’s all about for us at Bite Me Events.

Now onto the next one this weekend — the Scone Palace Garden Fair 🌿

This will also be the first event of the year for the Fuel Me coffee trailer ☕️ and we’ll be bringing along a secret new menu addition for everyone to try 👀

🚨 We’re Hiring – Events Manager 🚨

Due to a change in circumstances, we’re now looking for an Events Manager to join Bite Me Events and take the lead on a fully booked summer of events ☀️

From our last post, we’ve managed to add to our already strong, reliable team of event staff, and now need the right person to step in and manage, organise, and deliver everything on the ground.

You’ll be running our operations across Bite Me Food Truck and Fuel Me Coffee at some of Scotland’s busiest events — including Music festivals, Highland Games, Race days, and large public events.

🔧 The Role
Managing day-to-day event operations
Organising staff, stock, and logistics
Leading on-site setup, service, and breakdown
Liaising with event organisers and suppliers
Making sure everything runs smoothly under pressure

✅ What we’re looking for

Experience in events, hospitality, or fast-paced environments
Someone organised, reliable, and able to take control
Good with people — both staff and customers
Not afraid of long days and busy events
Driving licence is a must!

This is a hands-on role with a business that’s growing fast and already operating across major events in Scotland.
