Well what a week! It was great to see so many of our customers being awarded rosettes and champion sashes - it makes us very proud to see🥹

Pedigree females and the commercial herd run with Charolais bulls.
🟥 𝗖𝗨𝗜𝗟 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗦 – Colin, Annette & Angus McClymont
Commercial cows, pedigree females, heifers and stock bulls.
🟥 𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗞𝗢 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗦 – Neil & David Austin
A unique roadside stop at Rusko - Commercial & Pedigree.
🟥 𝗚𝗜𝗥𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗦 – Neil, Kat, David & Dora Austin
Our final herd visit with a hog roast and bar at Boreland.

🟥 Tea, coffee and bacon rolls on arrival
⬜️ Lunch provided at Cuil
🟦 Hog roast to finish the day

Next show up was the Saintfield Show set in the outstanding setting of Lawsons farm.

The Judge for the show was Mr Peter Donger, who runs a prestigious Charolais & Salers herd under the SEAWELL prefix with his daughter, Sophie Dilibero.
Sophie, also had a job judging the Hampshire Downs in the sheep section as well as the Interbreed in the Cattle section.

In the young handlers junior section, Cadáin O'Kane was again out in force, this week getting placed 2nd.
The judge for the young handlers sections was Mrs Hannah Maginn.
