Introducing Aberargie Inaugural 🥃⁠

Matured in a combination of first-fill bourbon and sherry casks, our first release brings together two distinctive barley varieties — 48% Laureate and 52% Golden Promise.
⁠
The result is a rich and layered whisky, offering notes of baked apple and golden pastry, followed by succulent sultanas, prunes, and a gentle herbal finish that lingers beautifully.
⁠
Bottled at 48.2% ABV, our Inaugural release was quick to sell out following launch.

The 2026 barley crop has now been sown at Aberargie Distillery.🥃

Working closely with our farmers, we place great importance on soil health to ensure each crop is grown in the right conditions. Through considered crop rotation, our fields are carefully managed year to year, allowing the land time to recover and remain fertile.

This season, barley returns in our fields and in just a few months we will have golden barley ready for harvest!🌾

On 22nd April, we invite you to join us at Keller Taproom for an evening shaped by curiosity, conversation, and flavour.
Inspired by the ease of a book club, this women’s whisky tasting brings people together to explore an unknown selection of drams from across the Morrison Scotch Whisky Distillers range. Tasted blind, discussed openly, and shaped by your own “notes in the margin” along the way.
No judgement, no lectures, no grandstanding—just a relaxed, seated evening of dialogue and discovery. Whether you’re new to whisky or well-versed, you’re very welcome.
22nd April | 7–8pm
£10 tickets — all proceeds donated to Smart Works and Our Whisky Foundation
