We have been asked by a few people if we would sell smaller amounts rather than the normal boxes of meat, so we are offering the following for local delivery, or collection.

You can order as much or as little as you want to try our Hogget and Pork. It is all frozen and vacum packed, It was butchered a few weeks ago.

Hogget is £16.50 per kg
Pork is £8.50 per kg

Hogget Shoulder roast (1kg approx)
Chump roast (600g approx)
Hogget rack (500g approx)
Hogget shank (420g approx)
Hogget Double lion chops (700g approx)
Moroccan Hogget burgers (4 burgers 500g)

We also have a very limited amount of Hogget Cracked Black Pepper Sausages (Pack of 9)

Due to a canceled order we have 1 mixed box of pork / Horgget or 10kg of Pork available for delivery on Thursday

We will have a limited amount of Saddleback Pork available mid-July. Its available in 10kg, 20kg or a mixed 15kg box with 5kg of Hogget.

It is great value for outdoor raised, rare breed pork which is competitively priced compared to supermarkets.

"After seeing an advert for a 'whole or part hogget' and then after a few very patient messages back and forwards from David (newbie here at bulk buying this way), I purchased 'half a hogget' for my freezer, I collected it fresh so I could choose how it was frozen.
We were able to meet up and the meat was all clearly labelled and very well packaged, I was also given a paper list of what was included. This simple detail was very useful to have, as it stays on the side of my fridge, a reminder of what I have left without the need to dig in a freezer for meal planning!
The meat is really good quality and very tasty, with a variety of cuts in the pack. Some i have never had before, but David was able to share some cooking advice for those. It comes at a good competitive price that makes supporting local business far more possible by being more affordable and easier to do. I would definitely recommend and hope to buy more in the future."

We are now taking a waiting list / mailing list for our pork. Let us know if your interested as we may be doing it again later in the year.

We do have Hogget still available for early / mid July delivery.

Half a Hogget is normally 7kg and a whole is around 14-16kg.

Hogget Available Begining of July, perfect for slow cooking, or for the BBQ! We have had alot of interest from people taking whole leg joints for slow cooking on there smokers / BBQ's.
