One of my latest beautiful creations from Norway this summer… and I’m so excited to say that NorBakes wedding cakes are coming to Scotland! 🥂🏴
I absolutely love creating wedding cakes. Every cake is handmade from scratch, designed especially for the couple and, most importantly, made to taste every bit as good as it looks.
From the last weekend of September, I’ll be available to make wedding cakes here in Scotland, with bookings available throughout the autumn, winter and into 2027.
Whether you’re dreaming of something elegant and classic, beautifully rustic, covered in flowers, rich and chocolatey – or something completely different – I’d love to create it for you. 🤍

Soft vanilla sponge with caramel cream, salted caramel sauce and crunchy roasted nuts.
