Little Miracles supports families with children who have additional needs, disabilities and life-limiting conditions, providing help through childcare teams, counselling, accessible activities, and an overall safe space and welcoming environment.

Our emissions are offset through the Carbon Neutral Britain Woodland Fund โ„ข๏ธ, supporting vital projects like the Blue Carbon Mangrove Restoration, expected to remove approximately 142 million tonnes of CO โ‚‚ from the atmosphere.

Warehouse Operative

Brilliant new opportunity within our warehouse team! We're looking for someone to help create more capacity and keep things running smoothly.
Candidates will ideally hold counter reach and articulated forklift licences and be able to demonstrate recent practical use of both.

You will:
โ€ข Accurately pick and pack orders as directed by the Warehouse Team Leader
โ€ข Unload and store stock accurately in line with system-listed stock locations
โ€ข Assist in the creation of despatch and carrier paperwork
โ€ข Ensure stock levels are controlled and notify the relevant team of any anomalies, low stock, or out-of-date stock
โ€ข Cover production roles as needed during busy periods
We're looking for a hard worker who is willing to be flexible and apply themselves across all warehouse roles, and occasionally production, to meet business needs.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, 8 am to 4:30 pm with a half hour for lunch.

Production Line Leader

Brilliant new role working as Production Line Leader โ€“ working as part of a small team, you will take responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of the production line.

You must have previous experience in a food packaging business and be computer literate. The role is physical and requires you to be on the move and lifting up to 25 kgs very regularly throughout the day. You will need to be organised, have great attention to detail and work at pace.

You will:

- Ensure the smooth running of a specific production line
- Following the production plan to ensure that product is mixed and packed to deadline, in full, packed to standard.
- Working within Health and Safety procedures
- Ensuring the cleaning schedule is adhered to
- Willingness to provide cover in warehouse as needed.

Working hours are 6 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday with one hour break unpaid throughout the day.

DO ONE THING FOR YOU!

The focus for Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 is to Take Action: for yourself, for someone else, for all of us.

For Yourself:

This upcoming Mental Health Awareness Week, we encourage you to find your one thing that boosts your mental health. Choose one positive action that works for you. It doesn't have to be big. It could be a ten-minute walk without your phone. A conversation you've been putting off. Saying no to something that drains you, or yes to something that doesn't.
What's your one thing?

For someone else:

The environment we live in impacts our mental health. What can you do to help build mentally healthy communities, workplaces and schools? It can be as simple as starting an honest conversation about someoneโ€™s dayโ€ฆ

For all of us:

Individual actions matter, but they're only part of the story. We need those in power to take action to ensure good mental health for everyone in the UK.

We are supporting the official Mental Health Foundation partner, One Living Drinks, to play our part in promoting such a vital aspect of all our lives.
