The Drywite Ltd Young Fish Frier of the Year celebrates the rising stars of the fish and chip industry - young friers showing real skill, confidence and passion for the trade.

Candidates must be aged 18 or over, under 26 by 17 September 2026, have at least six months’ relevant experience and be able to fry safely without supervision.
