When Freya first came to see us, she was a shy little soul, tucked into her buggy, quietly taking in all the Pancakery chaos. 👀🐾

Visit by visit, we watched her confidence grow… and now look at her! 😍

From shy and reserved to bouncy, vibrant, excited and full of love — she has absolutely blossomed! 🌸🐶❤️

It’s been so lovely watching her personality come out more and more, and she’s become such a special member of the Pancakery crew. 🥞🐾

We’re just tweaking our pancake-powered schedule slightly, so we’ll be open from:

Once again, you wonderful lot have completely demolished our cake cabinet. Every. Single. Slice. GONE. 😱🤣
