VS Fisheries VS Fisheries Ltd We produce stunning british farmed carp for the specimen carp market in the UK.

Using well known and some exclusive carp bloodlines, we breed all our own fish that are reared on our CEFAS authorised carp farm in West Sussex. We supply fish of all sizes but most of our fish are from 5lbs upto 30lbs plus as we aim to produce fish that will grow into the big fish of the future.

Unfortunately due to lack of bookings the Coarse fish Meeting scheduled for the 16th September has been cancelled.

The organisers will review another date, potentially on a weekend, to run the event but will be next spring at the earliest.

If you had booked you will be refunded by the IFM.

With the battling drought and heat throughout the summer, we’ve had to keep close attention on the water levels throughout the farm to ensure our carp aren’t being starved of not only oxygen, but water too! Thankfully we have ponds which we keep a retention of water to serve in times of need, just like now.

One oversight can spell disaster for us and our stock, so we have to be constantly monitoring all outcomes when it comes to ensuring your carp are in safe hands 💦

Soaking up the summer sights at VS Fisheries! 🦋 ☀️ 🦌

There’s something special about the fishery during the summer months. As the days get longer and the temperatures rise, the whole place seems to come alive.

From dragonflies dancing across the water and birds calling from the trees, to wildflowers lining the banks and countless other visitors making the fishery their home — there’s beauty everywhere you look.

It’s a reminder that VS Fisheries is about so much more than just producing incredible carp. It’s a thriving environment where water, wildlife and nature all exist side by side.

Sometimes you’ve just got to stop, look around and appreciate how special the great outdoors really is. 💚🎣
