In Touch IV out now.

Meet the latest release of our grape skin contact cider In Touch. Delivering an amazing deep red colour, with complex tannins from apple and grape, herbacious aromatics and fruity keeved cider sweetness.

Made back in 2023, by soaking pressed pinot noir and bacchus grape skins on apple juice to extract colour, tannins and flavour. The resulting cider/wine was fermented and matured before being blended with our naturally sweet keeved cider.

Our annual Christmas Open Day takes place on Saturday 2nd December, from 10am to 4pm. Take a tour of our cider works and taste this season's freshly pressed cider. There will also be an opportunity to taste samples from our complete bottled range and to stock up for Christmas, with bargains by the case. Suburban Banter - launching this Friday at Cider Salon.

Join us at Alpha bottle shop, in Bedminster this Friday late afternoon for the launch of our latest small batch draft cider.

The cider is blended from Brown's Apple (aged in rum barrels for two years); with Chisel Jersey from red wine barrels and bourbon barrel-aged Tremlett's Bitter. The dry tannins are lifted by just a touch of naturally sweet new season keeved cider, making a full bodied clean dry cider with oodles of rich barrel character.

All part of the Cider Salon fringe that is taking place in small venues across the city in the lead up to The Salon, the UK's best cider tasting event which is happening this Saturday 5th August at the Trinity Centre.

Dry-hopped cider announcement - Pip Hop.

We are super excited to announce a collaboration with the masters of dry hopping Left Handed Giant Brewing - launching tomorrow in Bristol at Little Summer Beer Bash and LHG Brewpub.

Bringing together our naturally sweet keeved cider with IPA levels of Galaxy & Cascade and just a touch of Nelson. Sweet fruity apple meets bitter, aromatic hops.

We are super excited to announce that we will be celebrating this year's Somerset Food Trail with a cider-paired dinner at Glastonbury's amazing Queen of Cups.

Each of the four courses will be paired to one of our ciders, matched by head chef Ayesha Kalaji.

Tuesday 18th July £65 including four course dinner and ciders.

New Season Cider Party at The Old Pharmacy Bruton

CIDER PARTY NEXT WEEK WITH PINTXOS AND LIVE MUSIC

Next Wednesday 5th July we are celebrating the brand new vintage of Osip Cider with a party at The Old Pharmacy! Blended in collaboration with Martin Berkeley from who will be joining us to pour cider on the night.

The jolliest local folk band, The Splinters, will be playing between 7pm & 9pm. The team will be serving Basque inspired pintxos and gallons of cider for a San Sebastian X Somerset showdown!

No need for a reservation, this is a party!

Join us on Wednesday 5th July between 6pm & 10pm to celebrate the new cider.

New product - Stray Dog Cafe
Twelve month barrel-aged keeved cider from 2021 brings rich oak, blended with naturally sweet keeved cider from the following season. Brown's Apple delivers refreshing acidity to complete the balance.

Made in collaboration with chef for his Michelin starred in Bruton, Somerset.
