On behalf of her family, this evening we announce the sad passing of Lilias Macdonald

Peacefully, after a long, and stoic battle with illness, surrounded by her family at Cornhill Macmillan Centre, Perth, on Friday the 7th of August 2026, Lilias, beloved wife of the late Tom, loving mum of Heather, Donald, Neil and Rory, much loved mother-in-law, Nan, Granny and Great Nan.

Deeply loved by family and friends, she will be sorely missed. Together again with dad 🕊

Lilias's funeral service will take place in Pitlochry Church of Scotland, on Thursday the 20th of August at 1pm, interment thereafter in Fonab cemetery to which all family and friends are warmly invited.

Family flowers only please, but donations if so desired to Cornhill Macmillan Centre, Perth. There will be a collection box in place at the Church should you wish to contribute.
