A full ingredients list is available. All products produced and sold by Delicate Macaron is made in a home kitchen that uses the following allergens:
EGGS, MILK, LUPIN, FISH, TREE NUTS (almonds, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecan nuts, pistachio nuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashew nuts), PEANUTS, SESAME, CELERY, CRUSTACEANS (such as prawns, crabs, lobsters), MOLLUSCS (such as mussels and oysters), MUSTARD, CEREALS THAT CONTAINS GLUTEN (such as barley and oats), SULPHUR DIOXIDE / SULPHITES, SOYBEANS. Delicate Macaron uses artificial food colouring, some of which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children, such as:
E102 (tartrazine), E104 (quinoline yellow), E110 (sunset yellow FCF), E122 (carmoisine), E124 (ponceau 4R), E129 (allura red).
