Will last around a week in the fridge. It will separate, so shake before use.
Recipe:
1 cup oats
4 cups water
Pinch of salt
2 medjool dates
Blend all ingredients together for 1 minute and then strain through a nut bag or cheesecloth.

Hidden veggie pasta sauce
RECIPE;
Olive oil
1 red onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 red pepper
1 courgette
X1 tinned tomatoes
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper
Fry onion and garlic in olive oil, then add other veg and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes or until veg is soft. Blend until smooth.

Olive oil for frying
250g gluten free pasta
400g mushrooms
300g chicken breast
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 a red onion
200g dairy free yogurt
25g dairy free cream cheese
Lemon juice
Nutritional yeast to taste
Salt and pepper
