You can now get your hands on our honey at Peverell Stores 🍯
(On the junction of Outland Road & Peverell Park Road, right by the Post Office)

We also had the pleasure of meeting the local pocket-sized canine resident... Flash! 🐢

We're still checking brood boxes for growth and space, before adding clearer boards to move the bees down into new boxes, so that we can remove the π˜€π—½π—Ώπ—Άπ—»π—΄ π—΅π—Όπ—»π—²π˜† 🍯🐝

These queens are our own, produced and selected by us, and they are egg laying beasts 🐝

We left our spring honey on the hives, during the last 2 weeks of poor weather, as they needed it more than we do, but they're filling boxes again and have had a good weekend left alone to forage 🐝

We'll be down on the Barbican this coming weekend, so come and see us πŸŽͺ🍯🐝

We're back with today's swarm, but you may remember seeing this one, last Sunday, removed from a stone wall from inside somebody's house 🏠 🐝

This was earlier today, as I had to make space in the apiary 🐝

We were called this afternoon, to remove this swarm from a garden hedge, which was a simple removal, but we'll be back later tonight, when all the bees are in, so we don't leave any behind 🐝

The queen was found, and is in the box, so the rest will follow once they finish arriving 🐝

They'll then go into our quarantine apiary, before being moved out to an apiary for the summer 🐝

He was rained off, this morning, and decided to play indoors instead of going back out 🌨🐝

This is going to be the first of many to come, and as most of the time making this one was setting up jigs, each new run will be cut in bulk to speed up and simplify the next πŸ”¨πŸͺšπŸ
