Our burgers were so stacked yesterday we could barely fit them in the box!!!

Here was our Mexican inspired burger with a steak patty, slow cooked chilly brisket, refried beans, nachos, guacamole, pico de gallo and sour cream!

We love to stack them up so keep an eye out for what we do next!

We are thinking of offering fresh, healthy pre made meals which just need to be heated in the microwave. We would offer dishes from around the world as with the takeaway food, which can be kept fresh for a few days or frozen for later on in the week. These would be ideal for an easy evening, or even to take for lunch!

We see and hear a lot about certain middle eastern countries through the news and the many ongoing wars that have happened there, but do we really know what these places are like?

What do you think of when you hear the word Iraq? I bet its not giving, friendly people who would love to welcome you and show you their beautiful country!

One of our favourite YouTube groups posted a video yesterday doing just that. I would encourage you if you have a spare 30 minutes to watch this video, and challenge the perceptions we are forced into thinking by the media. Its such a beautiful video!

This week, I traveled to the beautiful country of Iraq. All my life I'd heard of the war in Iraq and how dangerous it was to visit, but I wanted to go there...

Next weeks menu revealed. Next week we are travelling to the middle east, and the fast growing economies that comprise it. From the modern streets of Dubai, to the traditional streets of Mecca. There is a lot of difference between the countries, but the food remains similar with many of the same staple ingredients. Using our twist on a burger we will be offering.
