Ideas are flying, flavours are being explored, and our chefs are busy dreaming up something truly memorable for our upcoming Trust the Chef – Blind Tasting Evening at Welbeck Manor.

With six courses, no menu and absolutely no spoilers, this is your chance to sit back, embrace the unexpected and let our kitchen take you on a culinary journey. 🍽️

The most wonderful time of the year is just around the corner, and we’re delighted to share that our Christmas menu is now available to book at Welbeck Manor & Golf! 🥂

Whether you’re planning a festive catch-up with friends, a Christmas work meal or a special family gathering, join us for a little festive indulgence in the beautiful surroundings of Welbeck Manor. 🎅🏼

An evening of discovery awaits.

Join us at Blacklands for an intimate six-course blind tasting experience, where each dish is revealed only as it reaches the table.

There is no menu to study.
No expectations to follow.
Just six carefully crafted courses, created by our chefs and designed to take you somewhere unexpected.

5 DAYS TO GO…

The wait is almost over.

In just 5 days, Blacklands Restaurant will open its doors at Welbeck Manor, bringing something new to the manor, while staying firmly rooted in where we’ve come from.

Expect great food, great drinks, a warm atmosphere and a menu made for settling in, enjoying yourself and making a few memories along the way.

And there’s something else…

Bookings officially open TOMORROW at 9AM and the menu is dropping very soon! ⏰
