We would like to wish the Boss lady a very very happy birthday. From crazy ideas and antics to long days and nights with the animals. Never scared of getting stuck in or covered in muck. Always making us laugh 😆 or gasp 😦 she is a force to be reckoned with who we love very much.

The team had a lovely girl reach out after hearing about the loss of Bob and she asked if she could do us a digital illustration of him Maisie is a student at the moment I’m sure your agree her work is great and we really appreciate your talent. Xx

Important Update

We would like to make our guests aware that, following careful consideration, discussions with our veterinary team and other professionals, we have made the difficult decision to say goodbye to Bob.

Bob was surrounded by the care and support of our staff during his final moments, with Ashleigh and Vicky with him throughout the process. He passed away peacefully after receiving plenty of love, cuddles and treats.

We would like to thank everyone who has met Bob over the years for the kindness and care shown towards him.

If anyone has photographs or videos of Bob from their visits, we would be grateful if you could share them in the comments. It would be lovely for our team to see some of the memories created during his time with us.
