The Carved Angel Restaurant was opened in 1974 by Joyce Molyneux, based upon the premise of high quality modern British food using only the finest local ingredients. Today the Carv

ed Angel has sourced the finest ingredients to combine in their delicious range of extra special products. By taking products that we all enjoy and making sure they meet the highest standards in terms of quality and taste, but we didn't stop there. We wanted to add something a little special like Champagne to our Tipsy Strawberry Jam, the tastiest Raspberries to our Blush Raspberry Jam and the finest crunchy vegtables to our chutneys to create delicious products with an added wow factor. How do you take your Easter eggs - sweet or savoury? If it's the latter, we have a few ideas for you:

1. Gunpowder Mushrooms on toast with poached egg - making fine use of our GUNPOWDER hot garlic pickle.
2. Chilli Cheese on Toast with Fried Egg - great with our BLAZE hot chilli chutney or BOMBAY spiced tomato chutney.
