Trader Talks: Dan’s Pies
There’s nothing quite like seeing a business start small and soar. Three years ago, Dan’s Pies stepped into the world of markets. Fast forward through countless sold-out days, a lot of Yorkshire rain, and endless support from all of you, and they’ve become a true market favourite.
Here is Dan on what the last three years have meant to him:
"Three years ago, we took our first step into the world of markets, starting right here in our hometown of Pocklington before spreading our wings across Yorkshire.
Over the years, we’ve faced every kind of British weather imaginable, experienced quiet days and incredibly busy ones, sold out more times than we can count, and even managed to restock within minutes thanks to the bakery being right on our doorstep!
What has made this journey truly special is seeing so many familiar faces return week after week. Your support, loyalty, and kind words have helped us grow from a small market stall into the business we are today.
Whether you’ve bought one pie or hundreds, recommended us to a friend, or simply stopped by for a chat, thank you for being part of our story.
