We are a family run tea garden based on the Sayerlands Lane cross-over on the cuckoo trail. You can stop off to us on your journey along the trail or alternatively drive and park in our off road car park and enjoy the Sussex countryside. We provide tea, coffee, cakes, snacks and ice creams in our peaceful rural setting

The ladies from local farm Animal Magic were looking for this escapee Armadillo this evening .. 👀 believed to be seen on the Cuckoo Trail outside our farm .. please keep a look out if passing on the trail or visiting Priory Court Farm Knights Farm Shop
