Last year I hung huge bunches of mint and nettles to dry in the house. I also dried all or sunflowers. My intention to create a Herbal sprinkle for the goats during the winter. Full of beneficial vitamins and minerals. I also found dried lemon balm and marigolds that I forgot about and added them in. Fingers crossed they will like it. I probably going to concentrate on supplementing the girls who are about to or have given birth for that much needed boost
