Helloooo everyone! Kelly and her boyfriend Miles has brought Ecstatic Dance to the village, in Pontardawe Arts Centre on the 24th of April. We would love to see you there!
'The Valleys joy filled sober dance party with cacao, live DJ, community & fun.
Soulagenic Ecstatic Dance is a 18+ alcohol & drug free sober dance space to allow you to move and express your body freely.
We're calling in all ex clubbers, dancers, ravers & festival glitter fairies that miss the euphoria but not the hangover. Imagine a room full of like minded people dancing to the best electronic music, completely sober & experiencing lots of fun, joy, connection & excitement with each other.
There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to dance - just an invitation to listen to your body and follow what feels right in the moment.
The evening will start with a Cacao Opening Circle, a guided meditation & embodiment practice, leading you into a live DJ set of dance music, followed by a Sound Bath, which will take you through a journey of sound via instruments and live harmonious singing, to relax and nourish your body at the end of the evening.
Leaving you feeling calm, peaceful & liberated while you float all the way home with a smile on your face.'
