Today it's my birthday and im sat here reflecting on the year it's been.
My 37th year was spent mostly living in my shadow detaching from a version of myself that was no longer serving me, infact that version was exhausting me.
I Exciled myself from the world around me so the noise wasn't to loud, i needed to listen to something greater than me.
To feel that uncomfortable no matter how scary it was. Its been a messy one, a raw and unfiltered showcase of vulnerable truths. It been a deep deep calling to accept the things I cannot control. To greive parts of my life that wouldnt unfold as i had imagined. To lean into change when it hurt. Its been ugly its been beautiful all in the same sentence. I want nothing more than to be unapologetically me to feel freedom to become the master of not letting my external world dictate my internal world. I dont do things by halfs and life certainly doesn't deliver my lessons in halfs either so this year im in celebration of exactly where im at. Not where I've been or where im going. Now im taking a breath, and believing life's got me on this ever ufolding experience that is living 😘
