Last week, our SPUK team - Ollie and Paul Bugg, visited QUPAQ for a valuable retraining session focused on their denesting and buffer systems ⚙️

From servo and pneumatic denesters to buffer setup, tray sizing, knife and scroll dimensions, the training covered a wide range of practical, hands-on topics designed to strengthen our support and service capabilities even further.

One of the biggest highlights for Ollie and Paul was the warm welcome from the entire QUPAQ team throughout the visit 🙌

A special thanks also goes to Kristian from QUPAQ, whose extensive technical knowledge and hands-on guidance provided some fantastic insights, setup tips, servicing advice, and best practices. The team also received additional training across other QUPAQ solutions and critical spare recommendations for field servicing.

Continuous learning and close collaboration with our partners are key to ensuring we continue delivering the best possible support to our customers across the UK & Ireland.
