Final dates for Indian cookery courses before the summer . The first three courses have been received to rave reviews so please get booked in soon as next classes will not be until October.

April 24 th, 29th and 30 th.

All courses run with just three people and are totally hands on . You will e a great lunch with a glass of wine or a beer, food to take home and a recipe pack full of useful hints and tips to get you started on your curry making journey. Cost for the day is £110.

Delicious Authenitc Indian meal cooked by the first students on this course yesterday. Kerala Prawn curry., aubergine Bihaji, Butter chicken, Lamb Rogan Josh, pea and potato curry, Tarka Dahl and Pulao rice together with Naan bread which had all been eaten by this time. Excellent course feedback with 10/10 all round. Still one place available on 20 th Feb course - more coming in March - contact me if interested.

Cookery course spaces Friday, Saturday and Sunday 15,16 and 17th November.

Veg inspiration - Fri and Sat - lots of inspiration to cook vegetable based meals in less than 30 mins for the whole family. £75. includes lunch and glass of wine and food to take home. A fun day for all levels of cooks.

For those of you who missed it, I am running the very well received Vegetable inspiration - fast and Furious cookery lesson again on the following dates -

We will cook together 6 delicious quick and easy vegetable based meals, enjoy lunch and food to take home and get a full recipe pack with over 12 more additional ideas.

For those of you wanting something a little more sophisticated and challenging in terms of cookery skills,I am starting a new level 2 course. The vegetable and fish based dinner party course will be cooking with some more advanced skills including a foolproof sorbet recipe, Dessert Souffle and sous vide cooking and will also focus on plating and presentation. Dates for this course are -
Friday 1st November
Saturday 2nd November - fully booked

A really lovely garden party today hosted by Jacq for her daughter’s engagement. I provided 11 sets of canapés and a fruit Platter that went down a storm so here are a few piccies to whet your appetite !
