🐝🌼 Happy World Bee Day
May is a busy time in the beekeeping calendar — we’re watching colonies grow stronger, keeping a close eye on their progress, and (weather depending!) sometimes even seeing the first spring honey coming in 🍯
If you’d like to help pollinators, here are a few simple things you can do:
🌱 Grow more flowers

🌿 Let parts of your garden grow a little wild

✂️ Cut your grass less often

🍂 Leave undisturbed spots for insects to shelter

🚫 Avoid pesticides
Small changes can make a big difference 🐝💛

A few people have been asking us lately if we sell be pollen.. and we do! As we head into May, we’ve got fresh bee pollen available, a natural favourite this time of year 🍯✨

Many people like to take a small amount of local bee pollen as part of their routine during hayfever season, as it may help the body build tolerance to local pollens over time.

It has a light, floral taste and is easy to add to yoghurt, fruit, or smoothies 🌸

As always, start with a small amount and see how you go.
