Tomorrow we are delighted 🤩to be able to launch Wee Ellie’s officially for the first time down at Loughall football club for a charity football match in memory of a family member who was we lost to cancer.

We have decided that ALL proceeds from sales of ice cream, milkshake & coffee will be donated to the fundraising efforts by the club!

Meet the inspiration behind the name Wee Ellie’s! Ellie is my daughter and loves all things ice cream🍦, farming 🧑‍🌾 and playing, we love nothing more than going somewhere for ice cream on a Sunday afternoon to finish off the weekend.

I thought no better name to start our latest Rosemount venture than after Ellie, my wee helper, side kick, and best friend to have helping me grow a small business for Ellie’s future making memories along the way!

We are hoping to have the trailer operational for our first weekend on the May bank holiday weekend! More information to follow inbetween

We are looking forward to serving you some delicious sweet treats & coffee whether it be at a family party, event, wedding or day two & corporate jobs in 2026 & going forward!
