Blueberry Torte🫐🫐🫐🫐🫐

Fluffy sponge cake soaked in lemonade or limoncello, depending on your preference, wild blueberry cream made with mascarpone and double cream with a hint of lemon and wild blueberry jelly with loads of blueberries. The cake is finished with white chocolate ganache with wild blueberry sauce 🫐🫐🫐🫐.

Pistachio Torte

For pistachio lovers, but not only because this cake is simply heavenly delicious.

Fluffy sponge cake soaked in pistachio liqueur, a delicious pistachio cream made from mascarpone, heavy cream, and pistachio paste (anyone who has tried it knows how good it is), plus plenty of raspberries and a layer of raspberries set in raspberry jelly; there are also chopped pistachios both inside and on top, and the cake is finished with a white chocolate ganache. 😀🎂

Pistachio Basque Cheesecake or San Sebastián or Burnt if you prefer 😀. Very Creamy, very pistachio, the best with raspberries on the top because their slight tartness perfectly balances the sweetness of the cake.
