Every cask tells its own story.

This month, we’re proud to unveil a new expression in our Signature Single Cask Reserve Series - selected in partnership with our friends at Isle Of Skye Distillers .

Finished in a rum cask, this release takes our signature Smoke with Taste house style in a brighter, spice-led direction - elegant, refined, and full of character.

On the nose, cinnamon, sweet syrup and vanilla mingle with hints of coastal air and aged wood. The palate is light and expressive, bringing citrus zest, clove and gentle smoke, before a bright finish of peppery spice and lingering peat.

This is Smoke with Taste.

🥃 It’s an exciting time at the distillery as our copper spirit and wash stills are completed. They will be on their way to us shortly from Europe after final testing! 🥃

This week sees the install of our cooling tower and thanks to Jans, a local Skye company for the crane hire.🏗️

Our interior kit out has started with a big push to get the walls completed before our equipment arrives!

We will be busy over the coming weeks as everything starts to arrive and first distillations will be later this summer.

There are still a handful of Private Casks available in this release, if you would like to secure a piece of Skye history! We also have a whisky Founders Club that guarantee’s you our first released bottles.

🥃 FIRST EDITION WHISKY CASKS 🥃

We start our whisky production mid-summer in the heart of Portree.

We are offering private whisky cask ownership and limiting that to only 100 casks.

It’s an exciting time to be involved at the start of our whisky journey. A chance to create something truly unique and an opportunity to share your love of Skye with friends and family.

We release our casks in small batches of 25 at a time.
