The downside of running a fish business is that you always seem to be working when the sunshine appears…the plus side of running a fish business is you get the leftovers at the end of the day and the endless daylight of summer evenings on Skye mean there is still enough time at the end of the day to get the BBQ out and enjoy some no fuss no pan top notch line caught seafood…tonight’s leftovers - line caught wild bass with a drizzle of olive oil a few slices of lemon and some fragrant Idrigill thyme
