Firstly... WOW.

We've been blown away by all your comments, messages and suggestions about a possible Parker's Free From Gluten Free Deli ❤️

We've read every single one (well... we're still trying to keep up! 😂).

The overwhelming winner so far?

🥖 BAGUETTES

Now here's the thing...

We make award-winning pies, sausage rolls, quiches, cakes and all sorts of gluten-free goodies.

But bread?

That's a whole different ball game... (yes we are watching the football ⚽😂)

And if we're going to do this, we don't want "that'll do" bread.

We're back out again this Sunday! 🥧💚

After surviving torrential rain, flying gazebos and enough weather drama for a whole season of Countryfile, we'll be at Whiteley Farmers' Market from 10am–2pm.

All set up ready for you at the south downs food festival today

Yesterday's weather report from Parker's Free From:

☔ Torrential rain
💨 Strong winds
🏃 Traders chasing stock across a field
🚁 One gazebo taking flight

Sadly, after a brave but ultimately unsuccessful rescue mission, our trusty gazebo has now departed this world and is believed to be residing permanently in Gazebo Heaven.

Many thanks to the amazing traders around us who jumped into action to help save the day 💚

Most importantly, nobody was hurt, although several people may have questioned their life choices while wrestling a flying gazebo in biblical rain.

Who knew selling gluten-free pies could be quite so dramatic?! 😂

Anyway... we're not defeated!

A little change of plan for this weekend 💚

Unfortunately, we won't be at Salisbury Market today as planned, and we're really sorry for any disappointment that may cause.

The good news is that you'll find us at the South Downs Food Festival at Stansted Park today and tomorrow instead! 🎪

We're already slightly soggy after this morning's rain ☔😂 but we're here, stocked up with gluten-free goodies and ready for whatever the British weather throws at us next!
