A walk, dancing around the kitchen, swimming, gardening, chasing the kids, getting out on your bike… it ALL counts! 🙌

It’s about moving your body in ways you enjoy and finding little ways to build activity into everyday life, no pressure, no perfection, just moving a little more. 🥰
